One aspect of violence
Leonel Castañeda Galeano Caja Negra (2016)
Leonel Castañeda Galeano gave his interpretation of a book he found on the violence in Colombia, a 1963 edition entitled One Aspect of Violence. He focused on the chapter “We are all guilty”, where he suggests that we are all responsible, whether this be through our ignorance or our indifference. The artist developed this project in The Black Box [La Caja Negra] at the El Dorado gallery.
